If you have an after-hours emergency, please call our main number right away. Although we are not in the office 24/7, we will make every effort to return after hours urgent care calls, prior to 9:00 pm. In the event that your pet is admitted after-hours, please use our Emergency Entrance located at the rear of the building (accessed through the driveway beside the Post Office). When our veterinarian is not available we refer to Cornell University’s Emergency Care and Critical Services Department.
Please note that even during regular business hours, there may not be a veterinarian in the building at all times. Please call ahead if you have an urgent care need.
